R700 Absorbent water-based primer
Cement floor primer is refined from macromolecular copolymer emulsion and additives. We are a floor primer for vinyl tile company in China. It is divided into absorbent and non-absorbent primer flooring, non-toxic and harmless, and is a green environmentally friendly product. Mainly used as a primer on walls and floors in different environments, it plays the role of a bonding bridge and is an ideal bonding medium.

Base treatment
The base must be clean, dry, flat, solid, free of cracks, grease or release agent. If the surface of the base is loose or there is a large area of ​​floating slurry, it should be shot blasted. Sand the base with a surface grinder before painting, and vacuum it with a vacuum cleaner.

Construction method
Depending on the base condition, R700 interface agent treatment can be diluted with water at a ratio not higher than 1:1, and after dilution, it can be fully rolled with a wool roller; for highly absorbent bases, it needs to be rolled two to three times. Tools and containers can be washed with water.

Transportation and storage
This product is unopened and should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated packing place. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is based on packaging.

Precautions

  • Avoid construction when the air temperature is below 5℃ and the relative air humidity is above 75%，ensure good ventilation on site.
  • The surface temperature is greater than 10℃, the moisture content of the base is less than 4%, and the drying time after construction is at least 3 hours.
