PVC Homogeneous Sheet Produce Process
Feeding and Mixing:
PVC powder, plasticiser, filler and other raw materials are fed and mixed in a certain order.
Calendering：
Feed the heated and plasticized material between the mixing cylinders of the rolling machine, and squeeze it through 3-5 horizontal rollers rotating in corresponding directions to produce a certain thickness and width of sheets or films.
UV coating :
UV curing is a process in which the surface of polyurethane is immediately turned into a solid state by UV irradiation, which provides resistance to contamination，enhances abrasion and impact resistance.
Trimming and quality inspection：
Mainly check the appearance, shape and quantity of the products, which are cut to size.
Storage:
Roll up the products one by one at the edges and place them vertically to await despatch.
