Base Treatment:
- The base must be clean, dry, flat, solid, without structural defects, and without materials that affect bonding.
- Low-strength or sandy surfaces must be sealed with a multifunctional water-based interface agent. Non-absorbent bases such as tiles are recommended to be primed with a non-absorbent interface agent.
- For uneven bases, it is recommended to use self-leveling cement series products for leveling (for county construction, see the instructions for this series of products).
- The moisture content of new concrete, mortar layers, etc. must be tested. Construction is prohibited if it is higher than 4%, or an epoxy moisture-proof interface agent system should be used for protection.
Construction method
1. Wet-adhesive method:
It is recommended to use wet-adhesive method for absorbent polyolefin flooring, that is wait for 10 to 20 minutes after applying glue, and lay the flooring before the glue layer is dry, so as to soak the back of the flooring. Rubber flooring can be laid by double-touch wet-adhesive method (first apply glue to the base layer, lay the floor while the glue is not dry, make sure that the back of the floor is fully glued with glue, then open the floor to let the glue dry and lay it and compact it).
2. Pressure-sensitive dry-adhesive method
It is recommended to use pressure-sensitive dry-adhesive method for homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC flooring on non-absorbent base, that is, wait for about 30 minutes after applying glue, wait for the glue layer to dry (turn to transparent light yellow) and then lay the flooring.

3. Contact dry-adhesive method:
