B850 LVT Flooring Adhesive
B850 adhesive for vinyl tile flooring is mainly suitable for bonding various LVT floors, plastic sheet floors and base layers in civil, commercial and some industrial buildings.You can choose the vinyl adhesive for flooring to meet you.

Base Treatment:
  • The base must be dry, flat, solid, and free of materials that affect bonding. Low-strength or sandy surfaces must be sealed with a multifunctional water-based interface agent. Non-absorbent bases such as tiles are recommended to be primed with non-absorbent interface agents. For uneven bases, it is recommended to use self-leveling cement products for leveling. (For specific construction, see the instructions for this series of products).
  • Stir the vinyl adhesive flooring thoroughly before use. It is recommended to use an A2 or A3 serrated scraper to evenly apply the glue. After spreading, the glue is left to air dry for 10-30 minutes (use your fingers to touch to determine the surface dryness), and then the above-mentioned floor materials can be laid. High temperatures and dry weather will shorten the working time.
  • After laying the floor, use a cork board or a roller weighing more than 30KG to roll it to remove residual air and ensure that all adhesives are attached to the back of the floor.
  • It is basically cured after 24 hours and can be walked on after 48 hours.
Storage
  • This product should be protected from high temperature and sunlight during transportation, storage and construction.
  • The storage room temperature should be above 0 ℃ Celsius in winter.
