How to Install Anti-static Flooring Roll

Construction Procedure:

Cleaning the ground -> Laying copper foil -> Drawing out the ground wire -> Applying conductive adhesive -> Laying the floor -> Creating V-grooves -> Placing welding rods -> Hot welding and trimming -> Surface cleaning -> Testing performance.

Construction Standards:

• This standard applies to the anti-static PVC flooring, which is composed of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main material and assistive agents such as conductive filler, and manufactured through plasticizing and molding processes. It is mainly used for ground construction that requires anti-static and conductive properties.
• The ground requirements include being flat, dry (the surface of the cement ground should become white), without obvious unevenness, sanding, or peeling, with a surface roughness of less than 2/1000mm. It can be made of materials like terrazzo, ceramic tiles, or cement.

Construction Methods:

First, remove the floating dust on the ground, then use measuring tools to find the center position of the room, draw a center crossline, and ensure that it is vertically and evenly divided.

3.Apply a layer of conductive glue evenly on the ground and let it dry.

4.When the ground is no longer sticky, start installing the flooring. The copper foil should be placed in the middle of each piece of flooring, and there should be a copper pad passing through each piece of flooring. Use a rubber mallet to knock the edges of the flooring to ensure a reliable bond between the flooring pieces until the entire room is completed.

5.Use a slotting machine to cut V-shaped slots at the seams of the flooring, lay the welding rod, and use a plastic welding gun to thermally weld the welding rod at the seams of the flooring. Use a scraper to trim the welding rod that protrudes above the surface of the flooring.

 6.After the flooring is completely installed, the surface must be cleaned thoroughly.

Construction Quality Requirements:

• The resistance of the anti-static PVC flooring should be between 104-109Ω.
• The surface should be free of bubbles and peeling phenomena.
• There should be no obvious construction pollution.
