Installation for Homogeneous Flooring

1、The construction requirements for homogeneous flooring are higher than those for composite commercial flooring, and are different from floor tiles and wooden flooring. Please entrust it to a professional construction team for construction, mainly including color difference inspection, adhesive selection, floor scratch protection, waste edges on both sides of the floor, floor pre laying time, construction environment temperature above 15 degrees Celsius, floor foundation, floor softness and hardness, etc;

2、 The construction procedure includes: original ground inspection and treatment; Self leveling construction; Self leveling ground detection and treatment; Floor laying, cleaning, and maintenance;

3、 Pre laid flooring: After arriving at the construction site, unfold the flooring and pre lay it at room temperature for 2-24 hours. Check the color difference and release the stress of the same homogeneous flooring. Because the flooring will produce wavy and uneven patterns after transportation and flat placement, it needs to be pre laid and flattened before applying glue. If there are any problems, they should be reported in a timely manner and not paved hard;

4、 The flooring should be laid in reverse according to the similar roll number. If color difference is found, adjust the direction or room area. With the maturity of construction, almost all experienced construction personnel will pay attention to color difference issues, promptly respond to problems, and avoid rigid paving;

5、 Waste edge treatment, due to the lack of fiberglass, the edges on both sides of the same homogeneous flooring are not 100% straight, and the waste edge needs to be aligned with a seam welding line of 1.5-3 cm. Many construction workers, in order to save time, directly use the edges, which has caused many problems, such as uneven seams on large areas;

6、 Different softness and hardness: Due to slight differences in plasticizer content between winter and summer, there are some differences in the softness and hardness of products produced in winter and summer, especially for some inventory models after seasonal changes. Because small square orders are shipped from inventory, it is inevitable that they will be sold out of season. If this situation occurs, please extend the pre laying time at room temperature;

7、 Cross construction must not be allowed. The same homogeneous flooring does not have a homogeneous wear-resistant layer, and the surface is easily scratched by hard objects. During construction and handling of objects, the floor needs to be protected. Dust removal mats should be placed at the door for daily use. Furniture and chairs should not use materials that come into contact with the bottom of the metal material;

8、 The same homogeneous floor does not have fiberglass and the material is relatively hard, requiring the use of a special adhesive with strong adhesion and easy curing, and compacting and exhausting. If it is not installed on the wall during construction, a gap should be reserved between it and the wall to prevent the floor from arching due to thermal expansion and contraction.

9、 The same homogeneous flooring has been treated with a wax free surface, so there is no need to wax for cleaning and daily maintenance after construction, saving maintenance costs.

10、 Please note during the use of homogeneous flooring:

1). Avoid sharp objects coming into contact with the floor, and furniture and chairs should be made of flexible materials that come into contact with the floor;

2). For daily cleaning of stubborn stains, please use a neutral cleaner combined with clean water for cleaning; Please use a floor scrubber for maintenance and upkeep after prolonged use;

3). Please use curtains or other shading materials to avoid affecting the color of the floor in areas directly exposed to ultraviolet radiation for a long time.
