B710 rubber flooring adhesive is mainly suitable for many types of floor.The vinyl flooring adhesive glue is suitable for rubber floors of various thicknesses up to 10mm. It can also be used for various materials such as linoleum floors.

Base Treatment:

  • The base must be flat, solid, dry, clean, without cracks or substances that affect bonding performance. The surface that affects bonding performance or is soft must be thoroughly treated by brushing, grinding or shot blasting.
  • Thoroughly vacuum the base. Use an interface agent to seal very uneven indoor floors and use high-strength self-leveling to level them. Choose the appropriate anti-leveling interface agent and self-leveling cement according to the base type and actual conditions.

Construction Instructions:

  • Before use rubber flooring adhesive, open the large barrel (12.5kg), then pour the components in the small barrel (2.5kg) into the large barrel and stir the product thoroughly with a suitable electric stirrer (screw, paddle or cage stirrer). Then pour the fully stirred mixture into another clean container and stir it again. Ensure sufficient stirring, especially pay attention to the barrel wall and bottom.
  • Use a suitable scraper to evenly apply the product to the surface of the base. Then immediately lay the floor and wipe the laying area thoroughly. Wipe the floor again after 2-3 hours. Master the appropriate amount to ensure that the vinyl flooring adhesive glue is fully transferred to the back of the floor without the floor"floating". When laying cone-backed floors in heavy load areas, outdoors and wet areas, please use this rubber flooring adhesivet to fill the cone-backed floor before laying the floor.Please apply quickly and pay attention to the applicable period.
 

Precautions

Solvent-free, non-flammable. Component A: No special protection is required for normal use. Component B: Inhalation is irritating to the eyes, respiratory system and skin, please use protective gloves and safety glasses. Keep the construction site well ventilated. If this product comes into contact with the skin, please wash it immediately with plenty of water and soap. If this product comes into contact with the eyes, please rinse it immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

  • Quality Guarantee Period It can be stored in the original packaging for at least 12 months under cool and dry conditions.
  • The best storage temperature is 15-25C, avoid freezing.
