B820 adhesive for flooring is mainly suitable for bonding various conductive and antistatic elastic panels (PVC, rubber, particleboard, etc.) rolls, sheet floors, carpets and base layers in commercial and industrial buildings.

Base Treatment:

• The base must be clean, dry, flat, solid, without structural defects, and without materials that affect bonding.
• Low-strength or sandy surfaces must be sealed with a multifunctional water-based primer. Non-absorbent bases such as tiles are recommended to be primed with a non-absorbent primer.
• For uneven bases, it is recommended to use self-leveling cement series products for leveling (see the product manual of this series for specific construction).
• The moisture content of new concrete, mortar layers, etc must be tested. Construction is prohibited if it is higher than 4%, or an epoxy moisture-proof primer system should be used for protection.

• Stir thoroughly before use. It is recommended to use a special serrated scraper to evenly apply and dry the adhesive vinyl floor for 10-30 minutes after spreading, and then lay the above floor materials.
• After laying the floor, first use a cork board and then a roller with more than 50KG to press to remove residual air and ensure that all adhesives are attached to the back of the floor.
• In order to better play the function of the floor, it is recommended to lay a conductive primer and copper foil before using the adhesive for flooring. 
• For floors with special requirements, follow the instructions provided by the flooring dealer.

Storge

• This product should be protected from high temperature and sunlight during transportation, storage and constructionThe storage room temperature in winter should be higher than 0 degrees Celsius
• The construction temperature should not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius.
• This product is not suitable for outdoor use
• Tools can be cleaned with water before the glue dries.
