Uses:

M616 two-component cement self leveling compound according to JCT985-2017 and GBT25181-2019 technical requirements. A component and B component fully mixed, with high fluidity and good plasticity, suitable for indoor and outdoor concrete, ceramic tile,steel plate and other base level. For laying all kinds of elastic floor, carpet, wood foor and other decorative materials to provide smooth solid base.

Substrate Treatment:

The exterior self leveling compound base must be dry, firm, load-bearing, dust-free, no obstruction to bonding sundries, smooth surface;Base without hollow drum, with good compressive strength; in order to ensure good adhesion, the base is sealed with MSYH primer. M318 water-based primer is recommended for absorbent base and M320 non-absorbent primer is recommended for non-absorbent base.

Application:

1.After the basic treatment, brush the special primer, when the primer is dry, cement self leveling compound can be started. The steel plate baselaver shall be coated with"special primer"after rust removal, and shall be self-leveling construction after curing
2.Pour B component in a container, then slowly to join A component, stired with mixer for 3-5 minutes , pour the mixture was uniformly spread with a special scraper control the thickness
3. Before the initial setting of exterior self leveling compound, the antifoaming roller is used for antifoaming.
4. The mixture must be used within 20 minutes.

Packaging and Storage:
