Product Description:

M520 floor compound self leveling with high liguidity and high plasticity.Compound  floor self leveling suitable for home, office, schools, hospitals and other light civilian residential and public building,light industry, building the fine self leveling compounds for concrete of the ground, For laving all kinds of PVC flooring,flax flooring, wood flooring, carpet and other ground materials to provide smooth, sound, solid ideal base.

Construction Method:

1.Cleaning up substrate, choose the appropriate primer, when the primer in the dry state (about 2-6 hours after the bottomcoating ),then begin floor compound self leveling operation.

2. Pouring 6-6.5L water into container, slowly adding a bag of 25Kg powder, stirring for 3-5 minutes to uniform , evenly spread,with a spatula to exhibit uniform as required thickness, prevent direct sunlight and the wind blowing, it should be completed within 20 minutes. The self leveling compounds for concrete can be conveyed with a pump capacity (20-40 L/min).
 
3.Before the initial coaqulation, the use of special defoaming roll to exclude the air, to ensure uniform thickness.

Note:

As the compound  floor self leveling reacts with water to produce highly alkaline, avoid contact with skin, eyes. ln case of contact, immediately wash with water; lf skin or eye injury, seek immediate medical attention. This product will not produce the body, environmental impact material after hardening.

Packaging and Storage:
