Product Description:

M630F is a self leveling compound concrete material with high fluidity, high plasticity and fast hardening. It is suitable for fine leveling of concrete, mortar base floor or floor tile, grindstone and othel smooth base surface treatment, For laying and pasting all kinds of PVC floor, wood floor, carpet and other ground materials to provide smooth, sound, solid ideal base.

Substrate Treatment:

The base must be diry, firm, load-bearing, dust-free, no obstruction to bonding sundres, smooth surace;Base without hollow drum,with good compressive strength; in order to ensure good adhesion, the base is sealed with MSYH primer. M318 water-based primer is recommended for absorbent base and M320 non-absorbent primer is recommended for non-absorbent base.

Application:

After cleaning up the base, choose suitable interface agent to brush the base surface, when the interface agent has been absorbed by the base, in the dry state (about 2-6 hours after the interface agent construction), start self-leveling construction;
1. Add 5~5.5L clean water into the mixing container, and then slowly add a bag of 25 kg M630F, stir with the blender until the slurry shape is uniform without agglomeration, pour out the mixed materia, evenly spread out, use the special toothed scraper to control the thickness, auxiliary leveling, the mixture must be used up within 10 minutes,prevent direct sunlight and strong wind blowing.
2.Before the initial setting of quick drying self leveling compound, the anti-foaming roller is used for anti-foaming.
3.According to the environment temperature and humidity, after 6-8h of construction, it can be polished and caried out the next step.

Attentions:

As the self leveling compound concrete reacts with water to produce highly alkaline, avoid contact with skin, eyes. In case of contact, immediately washwith water, lf skin or eye injury, seek immediate medical attention.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/package. The quick drying self leveling compound shall be kept indoors, pay attention to moisture, prevent freezing, exposure. Stacked on pallets no more than eiaht layers. Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures the shelf life of six months.
