Product Description:

M146 self-leveling compound refined from environmental protection high strength gypsum, inorganic filer and high-performance additives.The good fluidity floor self leveling compound can quickly leveling the ground, it is a high-tech product to replace the traditional cement mortarleveling, self levelling compound floor can be laid glue-free installation of the ground material. 

    Applications

     1.After the original base is cleaned, appropriate primer should be selected and applied to the surface. After the primer has been absorbed by the original base and dried and solidified, start applying the backfill.
     
    2. Pour 10-12L of water into the mixing container, then slowly add a pack of backfill. Blend with blender for 3-5 minutes and noclumps. Pour out the mixture, spread evenly and spread evenly with spatula or special toothed scraper until desired thickness, oithe transmission capacity of 20-40 KL/min pump slurry to the required thickness.
     
    3. The mixture shall be applied within 20 minutes. The freshly floor self leveling compound shall avoid direct sunlight and strong wind.
     
    4. Before the initial setting of the product, the air brought in during mixing should be eliminated. it is recommended to conduct defoaming to ensure the smooth surface.
     

    Note:

    1.This self-leveling compound is not suitable for outdoor or humid environment
    2.After the completion of construction, the ground material shall be laid in time to avoid the surface strength decline or cracking of the leveling layer caused by long-term exposure to the air.
    3.The self levelling compound floor can not be soaked in water after it is completely hardened.

    Packaging and Storage:

    25kg/bag. The self-leveling compound must be stored indoors, pay attention to moisture-proof, waterproof, rainproof and prevent insolating.Pallets should be stacked in no more than 8 layers. Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures, shelf life is 6 months.
