Product Description:

M220 rapid repair mortar is a kind of using for indoor repair early coagulation quick drying, special functional vertical flow
resistance mortar. The self smoothing floor compound dry solid quickly and can provide you the suitable mortar strength and hardness.At 20℃ environ-ment work time is about 15 minutes, 2 hours hardening walking here, succeeded toother construction.

    Applications

     1.Add an appropriate amount of water to the clean mixing barrel, and pour in the powder, and stir mechanically untilthe slurry without agglomeration and anti-vertical flow is generated, so as to avoid adding excessive water. At 23℃, the working time is 10-15 minutes, but as the temperature increases and decreases,the working time also decreases and lengthens;
    2.If the suface repair thicknessis less than 10mm, directlyuse the mixing paste and trowel to repairthesurface flatness;When repairing holes, cracks and damaged areas, give thetrowel a certain pressure, so that the rapid repair mortar is fully wet and firmly contact the base surface;
    3.Between the surface repair thickness of 10mm-30mm,about 1/3 volume of clean coarse sand (particlesize 0.5-1.0mm) or at most 3-5mm single particle size aggregate with the same volume ratio can be added to the powder.Forlocalrepair of deep holes and cracks exceeding 20mm,5-10mm single particlesize aggregate with the same volume ratioat most can beadded. The surface is rough after repair, M220 rapid repair mortar without aggregate can be used for second construction to achieve the desired smooth surface;
    4.15-20 minutes after the repair, moisten the surface with sponge and then take a trowel for smoothing. When the repaired area is hardened, the subsequent self smoothing floor compound and fine leveling can be caried out.
