Product Description:

M525 is a self levelling floor compound material with high fluidity and high plasticity. it is suitable for fine leveling of large and medium-sized civilresidence, public buildings and light industrial buildings. For laying and pasting all kinds of Pvc floor, linoleum fioor, rubber foor,wood floor, carpet and other floor materials to provide smooth, intact, solid ideal base.

Construction Method:

1.Cleaning up substrate, choose the appropriate primer, when the primer in the dry state (about 2-6 hours after the bottomcoating ), then begin self leveling smoothing compound operation.
2. Pouring 6-6.5L water into container, slowly adding a bag of 25Kg powder, stirring for 3-5 minutes to uniform , evenly spread with a spatula to exhibit uniform as required thickness, prevent direct sunlight and the wind blowing, it should be completed within 20 minutes. The self levelling floor compound can be conveyed with a pump capacity (20-40 L/min).
3.Before the initial coagulation, the use of special defoaming roll to exclude the air, to ensure uniform thickness.

Note:

As this concrete floor self leveling compound product reacts with water to produce strong alkaline,avoid contact with skin, eyes. in case of contact , immediately wash with water , if the skin or eyes hurt, seek immediate medical attention . This self leveling smoothing compound will not produce the body , environmental impact material after hardening. 

Packaging and Storage:

25Kg composite paper bag packaging. This self levelling floor compound must be stored in the room, pay attention to moisture, prevent freezingexposure. No more than 8 lavers on pallets, Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures with a shelf life of six months.
