Product Description:

M416 self leveling refined from high strength gypsum, fine aggregate and other additives and other raw materials.Self leveling compound floor can quickly level the ground, moisture content of the base must be moisture-proof treatment before self-leveling construction, a single construction thickness of 2mm-30mm, completely dry solid can achieve smooth, solid ideal effect, PVC plastic flooring, wood flooring, carpet, lock floor and other ground materials can be laid. The floor paving should be waterproofand moisture-proof around the floor and the joint.

Application Places:

Concrete self leveling compound suitable for home, office, hotel, school, hospital, small exhibition hal, light industrial floor and other ground projects levelingvery suitable for leveling on the underfloor heating.

Treatment:

The base must be dry, solid, dust-free, pollution-free debris; in order to ensure good adhesion, the base is sealed with MSYHprimer. M318 water-based primer is recommended for absorbent base and M320 non-absorbent primer is recommended foinon-absorbent base.

Note:

1. The self leveling compound floor is not suitable for outdoor or humid environment;
2. After the completion of construction, the ground material shall be laid in time to avoid the surface strength decline or crackingof the leveling layer caused by long-term exposure to the air;
3. The product can not be soaked in water after it is completely hardened.Avoid outdoor use. Avoid long soaking after the product is fully hardened.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg/bag. The self leveling must be stored indoors, pay attention to moisture-proof, waterproof, rainproof and prevent insolating.Pallets should be stacked in no more than 8 layers. Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures, shelf life is 6 months.
