Product Description:

M415 quick backfill uses high strength gypsum, fine aggregate and other additives and other raw materials refined environmental protection products.Self smoothing compound floor can quickly level the ground, suitable for residential, office, hotel and other light load ground base, asingle construction thickness of up to 50mm, completely dry solid can achieve smooth, solid ideal effect.Self leveling compound for concrete can pave al kinds of wood floor, carpet, stone plastic lock floor and other rubber free floor materials.

    Applications

     1.After the original base is cleaned, appropriate primer should be selected and applied to the surface. After the primer has been absorbed by the original base and dried and solidified, start applying the quick backfill.
    2.Pour 6-6.5L of water into the mixina container, then slowly add a pack of backfil. Blend with blender for 3-5 minutes and ncclumps. Pour out the mixture, spread evenly and spread evenly with spatula or special toothed scraper until desired thickness, olthe transmission capacity of 20-40 KL/min pump slurry to the required thickness.
    3.The mixture shall be applied within 20 minutes. The freshly self smoothing compound floor shall avoid direct sunlight and strong wind.
    4.Before the initial setting of the product, the air brought in during mixing should be eliminated. it is recommended to conducdefoaming to ensure the smooth surface.
     

    Note:

    1.This self leveling compound for concrete is not suitable for outdoor or humid environment
    2.After the completion of construction, the ground material shall be laid in time to avoid the surface strength decline or cracking of the leveling layer caused by long-term exposure to the air
    3.The self smoothing compound floor can not be soaked in water after it is completely hardened.

    Packaging and Storage:

    25kg/bag. This quick backfill product must be stored indoors, pay attention to moisture-proof, waterproof, rainproof and prevent insolating.Pallets should be stacked in no more than 8 layers. Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures, shelf life is 6 months.
