Product Description:

M623 Thick Layer Floor Leveling Mortar is refined from binding material, high-quality aggregates, and other special additives. Flexible self leveling floor compound is a fine inorganic water-hardening composite material. Lay self leveling compound for new indoor and outdoor floors renovation of existing floors, and leveling of floor heating projects.

Base Treatment:

The base surface must be solid, clean, and dry, without any protrusions, Remove all contaminants such as dust, slurry, oil, residueof glue, coatings, curing agents, etc. The concrete base should have a curing period of at least 4 weeks. Apply a special interfaceagent before construction, and wait until the interface agent is completely dry before proceeding with the construction.

Construction Method:

During lay self leveling compound, the temperature of the base surface and the environment should be between 5-35℃, with the optima range being 15-25℃.Add 4.5+0.25L of clean water into a mixing container, then slowly add a 25kg bag of M623 Thick Layer Floor Leveling Mortar. Mix with a mixer until it is uniform and free of lumps.Pour the mixed M623 mortar onto the prepared base surface and use tools if necessary to evenly spread it, The mixed M623 mortar must be used within 20 minutes.

Precautions:
1.Within 24 hours after construction, avoid direct sunlight exposure

2.Close doors and windows during construction to prevent drafts.

Safety and Health:

Flexible self leveling floor compound will react akalinely when mixed with water. When using, wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as work clothes, aloves, dust masks, and protective eyewear.Avoid inhaling dust during the mixing process. Protect the skinand eyes during construction. lf the skin accidentally comes into contact with the product, rinse with clean water. lf it comes into contact with the eyes, flush with clean water immediately and seek medical attention.
